Once your desire is known, we will give it a shape of document called Design Basis Report. This report along with conceptual single line routings will give you clear idea of our design.

With input from Architect / Interior designer and ofcourse you, DBR & Concept will be finalised. This stage will give Electrical load calculation, water demand, Heat load etc

Based upon concept drawings and documents, engineering drawings will be drafted. These drawings will show equipment location, space allocation, service routing (like cable tray, plumbing pipes, refrigerant piping, ducts etc.) and you will also get a detailed Bill of quantity.

5.

Engineering drawings, Bill of quantity and technical specifications. This will help you in tendering process, as documents will be same for all vendors, it will give same benchmark for quotation. 

6.

Engineering drawing, Bill of quantity and a technical sound contractor with these on your side, you are completely armed for the project.
